The Crio White Toner printing process we use can produce transfers that apply to cotton, 50/50 blends, polyester, nylon, leather and practically any fabric available. Also, hard goods such as bags, hats, wood, ceramics, and plastics can be transferred.
All items can be customized and ordered in individual runs and we do not require a minimum order. Prices do vary based on design time and quantity ordered. Call for details. Our product can be used for both light and dark substrates unlike sublimation. The print quality on the laser toner is also significantly higher quality and detail then sublimation.
All custom made items will require a bit more special care for washing to maintain the highest quality for as long as possible. Finished garments will last up to 50 washes depending on how it’s laundered.
It is recommended to wash finished garments inside out in cold or warm water and low agitation. Avoid fabric softener. Tumble dry on low setting - For best results, hang to dry.
If ironing is necessary, you must place a piece of Kraft paper between the pressed image and the hot iron. Failure to do this will result in a melted transfer.
